Refund Policy Guidelines

• All standard products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for a new and unopened product based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper.
• To receive a refund, please contact our customer support team at tqmountains@gmail.com.
• They will provide you with shipping instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
• For all products that were delivered in excess of the 30 days, sales are considered final.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Exchange Policy

• If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing.
• You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery.
• Pictures of damaged products must be sent to tqmountains@gmail.com
• A replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval.
• Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval.

All online orders are packaged discreetly in the order they are received. We are currently shipping orders 3-5 days after order has been placed. After making your purchase, we will send an order confirmation along with a receipt via email.  We (the merchant) will receive a copy as well so we can prepare the order and generate a shipping label.  Once the label is printed, you should receive an additional email notification that will include tracking number information. We currently only ship within the U.S. to states that have allowed the use of CBD products. Other items, such as merchandise and digital media purchases, may be shipped domestically and internationally.
